Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 22 April 2014, 22 April 2016 and 23 April 2018 respectively in respect of the subscription of 3,500,000 non-convertible redeemable preference shares (“Preference Shares”) in Golden Palm Tree Resort & Spa Sdn Bhd (“GPT”) by Infuso Sdn Bhd (“Infuso”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Three Million Five Hundred Thousand (RM3,500,000) only.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Infuso had on 23 April 2019 agreed with GPT to further extend the redemption of the Preference Shares in GPT for a further period of six (6) months to 23 October 2019 (“3rd Extended Redemption Date”), subject to the other terms and conditions as contained in the earlier Agreements (“the 3rd Extension”).
