In order to facilitate the implementation of Proposed SCR, the trading of KSK shares will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 4 October 2013. The suspension will continue until the completion of the same and the subsequent delisting of KSK from the Official List of Bursa Securities.
