Further to the announcement made on 16 July 2019, the Board of Directors of Vortex wishes to announce that the conditions imposed by LFSA for the money-broking license have been fulfilled by THDex.
THDex has received an official letter from LFSA dated 04 November 2019 (which we received on 7 November 2019) stating that the money-broking license has been granted on 23 October 2019. In this regard, THDex is allowed to commence its operation with effect from the date of licence certificate.
