Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein has the same meaning as those defined in the announcements made on 25 January 2019, 11 February 2019 and 1 March 2019 in relation to the Proposed SCR.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the SC had, vide its letter dated 11 March 2019, approved the extension of time for the Independent Advice Letter to be submitted by 25 March 2019.
Further, the SC had also, vide its letter dated 11 March 2019, approved the extension of time for the Circular and Independent Advice Letter in relation to the Proposed SCR to be despatched by 8 April 2019.
