We refer to the announcements on 14 September 2018, 26 November 2018, 27 November 2018, 3 December 2018 and 8 January 2019 in relation to the Company’s application for withdrawal of its listing status pursuant to Paragraph 16.08 of the Listing Requirements.

The Board of Directors of Hovid wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 29 January 2019, informed the Company that pursuant to paragraph 16.06 of the Listing Requirements, the entire issued and paid-up capital of Hovid will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., on Monday, 4 February 2019.
