Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 4 December 2015 in relation to the commencement of winding up of wholly owned subsidiary companies of Grand Central Enterprises Berhad (“GCE” or “the Company”).

The Company wishes to announce that on 25 January 2019 the Company has appointed Mr. Nip Chee Sien of PCA Corporate Advisory PLT as the liquidator of Hotel Grand Olympic (M) Sdn Bhd, the subsidiary company in members’ voluntary winding up, in place of Mr. Lim Sau Jong who has tendered his resignation as liquidator of the said subsidiary company.
