We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MAYBANK by way of market making. The MAYBANKC62 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The MAYBANKC62 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 22 October 2019. The MAYBANKC62 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 24 October 2019. The salient terms of the MAYBANKC62 are set out in the attachment.
