We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 40,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of TOPGLOV by way of market making. The TOPGLOV-C47 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The TOPGLOV-C47 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 18 October 2018. The TOPGLOV-C47 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 23 October 2018. The salient terms of the TOPGLOV-C47 are set out in the attachment.
