Reference is made to the Announcement made by Stone Master Corporation Berhad ("SMCB" or "the Company") on 4th December 2018 on the updates of Material Litigation on the Writ and Statement of Claim filed by the Company at the Kuala Lumpur High Court Summons No. WA-22NCC-232-06/2017 ("Suit 232") to pursue legal actions against Dato' Koh Mui Tee (as 1st Defendant), Datuk Lee Hwa Cheng (as 2nd Defendant), Datin Chan Chui Mei (as 3rd Defendant) and Starfied Capital Sdn Bhd (as 4th Defendant).

The Board of Directors of SMCB wishes to inform that there were inadvertent typographical made to the year in the said Announcement which it should read as "2019" and not "2018" as stated therein where the directions given by the Court (under item no. 5 and no. 6) after an urgent case managment was held on 22 November 2018 should be stated as follows : 

5. THAT the Reply Submission to be filed on or before 3rd January 2019; and 

6. The Hearing is fixed on 7th January 2019.
