The Notice of Books Closure in relation to the Shares Consolidation had been announced by the Company separately today. Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016, par value is no longer relevant. Pursuant to the Share Consolidation, the conversion price of outstanding ICULS which are not exercised prior to the Books Closure Date will be adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed constituting the ICULS dated 30 June 2011 and the Supplemental Trust Deed dated 14 September 2018. ICULS Holders whose names appear on the Record of Depositors of ICULS Holders as at 5.00 p.m. on the Books Closure Date shall accordingly be subjected to the Adjustments to the Conversion Price. Pursuant to the Adjustments, the existing conversion price of ICULS of RM0.19 each will be revised to RM1.33 each. The Adjustments shall take effect on 18 October 2018, being the next market day following the Books Closure Date. The notice setting out the details of the Adjustments to the Conversion Price of outstanding ICULS will be despatched to the entitled ICULS Holders in due course.
