Adjustments to the exercise price and number of outstanding Warrants B 2013/ 2018 in Vivocom Intl Holdings Berhad ("Vivocom") ("Warrant(s) B") constituted by the deed poll dated 19 August 2013 ("Deed Poll B") pursuant to the renounceable rights issue of up to 3,010,706,070 new ordinary shares in Vivocom ("Vivocom Share(s)") ("Rights Share(s)") on the basis of 2 Rights Shares for every 3 existing Vivocom Shares held, together with up to 1,505,353,035 free detachable warrants ("Warrant(s) E") on the basis of 1 Warrant E for every 2 Rights Shares subscribed for, as at 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 30 July 2018 at an issue price of RM0.025 per Rights Share ("Rights Issue with Warrants") ("Adjustments to Warrants B")
Pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants, the exercise price of the Warrants B has been revised from RM0.20 to RM0.13 while an additional 275,502,787 Warrants B will be listed and quoted on 29 August 2018. The adjustment to the exercise price of the Warrants B took effect from 9.00 a.m. on 31 July 2018, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date for the Rights Issue with Warrants on 30 July 2018, in accordance with the Deed Poll B. The notice to Warrant B holders dated 28 August 2018 containing details of the Adjustments to Warrants B has been despatched to the Warrants B holders. This announcement is dated 28 August 2018.
