We refer to the announcement dated 15 March 2018 made by the Company in relation to the letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") dated 14 March 2018 on the suspension and de-listing of the securities of the Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company hereby announce the Company had on 21 March 2018 submitted an appeal against the de-listing of the securities of the Company to Bursa Securities ("Appeal"). The removal of the securities of the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities on 26 March 2018 will be deferred pending the decision of Bursa Securities on the Appeal.

The Board will announce any development in due course.
