The Board of Directors of YTL Land & Development Berhad (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Seventy-Ninth Annual General Meeting of the Company for the:- (i) proposed renewal of shareholder mandate for RRPT; and (ii) proposed adoption of new constitution. (collectively, the “Proposals”). A circular containing details of the Proposals will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course. |
