We refer to our announcements dated 27 August 2019 and 26 November 2019 in relation to the Proposed Change of Name of Company from "Lion Forest Industries Berhad" to " Lion Posim Berhad".

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has received the Notice of Registration of the new name of the Company dated 2 December 2019 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "Lion Forest Industries Berhad" to "Lion Posim Berhad" with effect from 2 December 2019.
