We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 6 December 2019 in respect of the aforesaid matter.
 

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

  1. The method of valuation carried out on the Property.
  2. Any liabilities, including contingent liabilities, in relation to the Proposed Disposal which remain with KTB, together with the details and justification for such arrangements.
  3. Any guarantees given by KTB to MHSB.
  4. The names of MHSB’s directors and substantial shareholders together with their respective direct and/or indirect shareholding.

With reference to the Company's announcement dated 6th December 2019, the query letter from Bursa Malaysia dated 10th December 2019 and the Company's announcement dated 16th December 2019 in response to the said query letter, the Board of Directors of KTB is pleased to clarify and provide the following additional information for public release:-

1. The method of valuation carried out on the Property

The Property was valued by an independent valuer, Messrs, D.Henry Valuers Realtors on 19 May 2019 using the Comparison Method whereby it entailed comparing the Property with comparable properties which have been sold or are being offered for sale in the same vicinity.
