Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Semasa Parking Sdn Bhd (“SPSS”), has today accepted the award of contract for the operation of car park at Menara Shell from Maybank Trustee Berhad, being the Trustee of MRCB-Quill Reit (“MQReit”) for a period of 3 years commencing from 22 December 2019 to 21 December 2022 (“the Transaction”).
