The Company has on 30 December 2019 entered into a share sale agreement (“Share Sale Agreement”) with Transmetro Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No.:198901010479)(187781-K) (“Transmetro”) for the transfer of 42,000 ordinary shares and 2,984,928 redeemable preference shares (“Sale Shares”) in Everise Project Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No.:200601000267)(720014-T) (“Everise Project”) at a total consideration of RM33,741,606.09 (“Purchase Consideration”). The details of the Announcement is attached below.
