The Board of Directors of SOUTHERN ACIDS (M) BERHAD ("SAB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the special resolution as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company dated 6 December 2019 were duly passed by the shareholders of SAB at the EGM held today, 31 December 2019.

The Resolution was voted by poll and the result of the poll was validated by Messrs Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
