We refer to the Company's announcements made on 2 November 2018, 15 November 2018, 27 November 2018, 14 December 2018, 19 February 2019, 28 March 2019, 11 April 2019, 8 May 2019, 30 May 2019, 22 July 2019, 6 September 2019 and 25 September 2019.

During Case Management fixed at the Kuala Lumpur High Court (“Court”) on 30 December 2019 for the Third Party’s amendment application (“Enclosure 49”), the Third Party has informed the Court that they had served the sealed Notice of Application and Affidavit in Support on all parties. The Court then directed as follows:-

(a) The Defendant to file and serve their Affidavit in Reply by no later than 10 January 2020;

(b) The Third Party to file and serve their Affidavit in Reply by no later than on 24 January 2020;

(c) The case is fixed for Case Management on  21 February 2020 to submit hard copies of the respective cause papers and written submission; and

(d) Enclosure 49 is fixed for Hearing on 24 February 2020.

The Company will announce any material development arising from the above matter at the appropriate time.
