Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board, IPS and Astramina wish to announce that Sinotop and GIL had via a letter dated 2 January 2020, mutually agreed to extend the Cut-off Date (i.e. 2 January 2020) by a further period of three (3) months to 2 April 2020 to facilitate the fulfilment of the conditions precedent in the SPA.
Save for the revision of the Cut-off Date, the terms and conditions of the SPA shall remain and continue to be in full force and effect.
