We refer to the Company's announcements made on 15 November 2018, 14 December 2018, 19 December 2018, 30 January 2019, 21 March 2019, 23 May 2019, 27 May 2019, 11 July 2019, 28 August 2019, 25 October 2019 and 4 December 2019.

During the Court of Appeal's Case Management on 9 January 2020, the Appellant had informed the Court that they have filed the Supplementary Record of Appeal on 31 December 2019. The Appellant had also requested to have this Appeal (“Assessment Appeal”) and the Liability Appeal (vide Appeal No.: W-02(NCVC)(W)-2289-11/2018) to be heard on the same date.

As such, the Court has fixed another Case Management (E-Review) on 14 January 2020 for the Court to fix the Hearing date of the Appeal Proper.

The Company will announce any material development arising from the above matter at the appropriate time.
