Reference is made to the announcements dated 20 February 2019, 19 March 2019 and 16 April 2019 in relation to the Proposed Amendments (“Earlier Announcements”) and the Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) dated 21 March 2019 (“Notice”) and circular to unitholders dated 21 March 2019 (“Circular”).
