Reference to the Company’s announcements dated 18 September 2019, 11 October 2019, 12 November 2019, 12 December 2019 and 10 January 2020.
The Company wishes to announce that the parties have appeared before the learned Judge YA Dato’ Amarjeet Singh a/l Serjit Singh for the hearing of Originating Summon (OS) on 20.1.2020.
The Judge has granted order in terms (OIT) in respect of the said Application. Auction date has been further fixed on 8.4.2020.
The Company will seek further legal advice whether to appeal against the decision.
