Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 (a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), this is to notify the Exchange that Dato’ Ng Tong Hai ("the Affected Person") intends to deal in the Company's securities during closed period. In accordance with Paragraph 14.08 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the Affected Person will inform the Company Secretary of the Company on the details of his dealing within one (1) full market day after the dealing has occurred.
