The Company wishes to announce that the Company had, on 22.1.2020, filed a Notice of Appeal against the decision of YA Tuan Gunalan A/L Muniandy on 3.1.2020 (Enclosure 66) and 16.1.2020 (Enclosure 1) on the Company and its subsidiaries’ application for Restraining Order (RO).
The Company will make further announcement once the cause papers are extracted.
