We refer to the Announcements in relation to the Proposal.

On behalf of the Board, AIBB wishes to announce that the DRP for the interim dividend of 16.00 sen per BHB Share for the financial year ended 31 December 2019, as declared on 29 November 2019, has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 28,381,100 new BHB Shares today.

With the listing of the said new BHB Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of BHB is RM4,412,261,341.
