("Perennial UW") has disposed its entire 45% equity stake in Yanlord Investment (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("YIS"), which has deemed interest in Apex Healthcare Berhad ("Apex") through the interest held by UE UMC Pte Ltd ("UE UMC"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of United Engineers Limited ("UEL") by virtue of Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016.
Following the aforesaid transaction, the following persons shall cease to have an interest in Apex through interest held by UE UMC:-
1. Perennial UW, by virtue of the disposal of its interest in YIS;
2. Perennial Singapore Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd. ("PSIH"), by virtue of its interest in Perennial UW; and
3. Perennial Real Estate Holdings Limited ("Perennial") by virtue of its interest in PSIH. |
