The Board of Sarawak Plantation Berhad ("SPB") wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sarawak Plantation Agriculture Development Sdn. Bhd. had in the ordinary course of business entered into recurrent related party transactions ("RRPT") with various parties connected with the Directors and shareholder of SPB and for the period from 1 February 2019 to 3 February 2020, the aggregate amount of such RRPT exceeded the 1% percentage ratio.
