(COLLECTIVELY, THE "CORPORATE EXERCISES")

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 11 July 2019, 12 July 2019, 17 July 2019, 6 August 2019, 29 August 2019 and 23 January 2020 as well as the circular to shareholders dated 7 August 2019 in relation to the Corporate Exercises (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular.

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that 6,647,362,700 existing Shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 7 February 2020 have been consolidated into 664,736,270 Consolidated Shares pursuant to the Share Consolidation.

The Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 10 February 2020.
