The Board of Sarawak Oil Palms Berhad wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary company, SOPB Pte Ltd has been dissolved on 25 January 2020. Deloitte & Touche LLP was appointed as the Liquidator for the creditor’s voluntary winding-up of SOPB Pte Ltd.

A First and Final Cash Distribution of Surplus Assets amounting to SGD18,540.75 was paid to Sarawak Oil Palms Berhad.

The Dissolution of SOPB Pte Ltd will not have any material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of Sarawak Oil Palms Berhad for the financial year ending 31 December 2020.
