PLS - Notice of Bonus Entitlement

Issuance of 175,350,000 new free warrants in PLS Plantations Berhad ("PLS") ("Warrants") on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every two (2) ordinary shares in PLS ("PLS Shares") held by the entitled shareholders as at 5.00 p.m. on 28 February 2020 ("Entitlement Date")
 

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 27 Feb 2020
2)    The last date of lodgment : 28 Feb 2020

Remarks: The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of PLS ("Entitled Shareholders") and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at their address as stated in the Record of Depositors of PLS prior to the date of listing and quotation of the Warrants.

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within two (2) market days after the submission of the application for quotation of the Warrants to Bursa Securities.
