For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Company’s circular in relation to the Proposals dated 4 December 2019 (“Circular”).
Further to the Company’s announcement dated 31 January 2020, KAF IB wishes to announce, on behalf of CLSB’s Board, that the Proposed Disposals have been completed today following the payment by the Purchaser of the Disposal Consideration to CLSB in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA. Accordingly, the Proposed Disposals have been completed.
