Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those announced on 10 July 2019.

We refer to the announcements made by the Company on 10 July 2019 and 10 October 2019 in relation to the HOA.

On behalf of the Board, KAF IB wishes to announce that, the Parties had, on 18 February 2020 entered into a deed of mutual termination to terminate the HOA (“Deed of Termination”) effective on even date.

Pursuant to the Deed of Termination, each Party shall not have any claims whatsoever against the other Party pursuant to or in connection with the HOA.

A copy of the Deed of Termination is available for inspection at the Company’s registered office at Menara MTD, 1, Jalan Batu Caves, 68100 Batu Caves Selangor Darul Ehsan during normal office hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
