On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the SC had, vide its letter dated 19 February 2020 (which was received on 20 February 2020), registered the Fourth Principal Deed on 19 February 2020. The Fourth Principal Deed therefore became effective on 19 February 2020. The registered Fourth Principal Deed will be lodged with the SC accordingly. This announcement is dated 20 February 2020. |
