Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in the offer document dated 3 February 2020 in relation to the Offer ("Offer Document") shall apply to this announcement.

The Board of Directors of CHGP wishes to announce that the Company had received a press notice from M&A Securities, on behalf of the Offeror, informing that the Offeror had received valid acceptances in respect of the Offer Shares, (provided that such acceptances are not, where permitted, subsequently withdrawn), which have resulted in the Offeror and Ultimate Offerors holding in aggregate together with such CHGP Shares that have been acquired, held, or entitled to be acquired or held, more than 50% of the voting shares in CHGP as at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on 20 February 2020 as set out in the press notice.

Accordingly, the Acceptance Condition has been fulfilled and the Offer has become unconditional as to acceptances on 20 February 2020 ("Unconditional Date").

In addition, M&A Securities had, on behalf of the Offeror, informed that the Offer shall remain open for acceptances until 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Thursday, 5 March 2020, being the 14th day from the Unconditional Date.
