Reference is made to the immediate announcement on Shares Buy Back dated 24 September 2019.
There was an error in the announcement, of which the number of shares purchased is 220,700 shares instead of 222,700 shares. The cumulative net outstanding treasury shares is 11,492,100 as oppose to 11,494,100.
The arithmetical error in the cumulative net outstanding treasury shares on 24 September 2019 announcement also resulted in errors in the carrying amount of the subsequent announcements made.
The correct figures are shown in the chart below.
The error made is much regretted.
