The Board of Directors of GUH Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the Shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be convened at a date to be notified later:-

i)  Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority; and

ii) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature.

(collectively referred to as "the Proposals")

A statement/circular containing details of the Proposals will be dispatched to the Shareholders of the Company together with the Notice of AGM in due course.
