We refer to the Company’s announcement on 21 February 2020 in relation to the above civil suit. Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all abbreviations used in this announcement are defined in the abovementioned announcement.

The Board of Directors would like to announce that the parties have appeared before the Court on 25 February 2020 for the case management.

The Court has given the direction for the Defendant to enter defence before 9 March 2020.   

Further, the Court has fixed for a Case Management on 9 March 2020 before Pn. Nur Izzaty Binti Muhammad Zahari to update the status of the Defendant’s Notice of  Appliction for Transfer of Proceeding.
