(444868-T) (“RBSB” or “the Subsidiary”), a dormant subsidiary of the Company, has on February 28, 2020 submitted an application to Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) for striking RBSB off the register of SSM pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016 . The relevant details of the said application are set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated February 28, 2020.
