The Company wishes to announce that the Company had received a letter on 5 March 2020 from the Liquidator, Onn Kien Hoe ("OKH") formally notifiying the Board of Directors of the Company, that OKH of Crowe Advisory Sdn Bhd has been appointed as the Liquidator of the Company by an order of the High Court ("Order") made on the 24 February 2020.

With the appointment of the liquidator, all powers of the Board of Directors and Officers of the Company had ceased with effect from the date of the Order.
