Further to the announcement made on 3 December 2018, WMG Holdings Bhd wishes to announce that its indirect wholly-owned non-operating subsidiary, Offshore Constructor (Labuan) Ltd ("OCL") was declared dissolved pursuant to Section 131A of the Labuan Companies Act 1990 on 26 February 2020 and the requisite Form 44 (Notification of Distribution of Surplus Assets) lodged with Labuan Financial Services Authority on 10 March 2020.
