We refer to the Company's announcements made on 19 July 2019, 09 August 2019, 18 September 2019 and 22 January 2020 in relation to writ and statement of claim commenced by APFT Berhad (“APFT”) against Dato Faruk Bin Othman, Arif Bin Faruk, Tan Boon Leng and Tan Nyap Keong @ Tony Tan. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the earlier announcements.

The Board of Directors wishes to highlight on the followings from the case management before the Kuala Lumpur High Court Judge on 10 March 2020:-

a. This action was scheduled for trial from 9th March 2020 to 12th March 2020.

b. At the request of the Plaintiff’s solicitors and in light of recent health concerns surrounding the COVID-19 virus, the Learned High Court Judge has vacated the aforesaid trial dates.

c. Parties subsequently appeared before the Learned High Court Judge on 10th March 2020 for case management. The matter has now been fixed for further case management on 25th March 2020 for new trial dates to be fixed in respect of this action.
