PGB had on 3 March 2020 issued the Notice of EGM to be held at Level 2, Grand Paragon Hotel, No.18, Jalan Harimau, Taman Century, 80250 Johor Bahru Johor, Malaysia on Wednesday, 18 March 2020 at 10.00 a.m.

The World Health Organisation had on 11 March 2020 declared that the COVID-19 outbreak a pandemic. Subsequent to that, our Prime Minister, YAB Tan Sri Dato' Haji Muhyiddin bin Haji Mohd. Yassin had on 16 March 2020 announced that a movement control order will be imposed from 18 March 2020 until 31 March 2020 to contain the COVID-19 outbreak. 

The health and safety of PGB's shareholders, staff and other stakeholders who will attend the forthcoming EGM, is the top priority of PGB.

Hence, the Board of Directors ("Board") of PGB hereby announced that the forthcoming EGM will be postponed to Thursday, 2 April 2020 at 10.00 a.m. and the EGM will be held via hybrid meeting.

The Board will closely monitor the development of COVID-19.
