The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Apex Equity Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that following the announcement made by the Prime Minister, YAB Tan Sri Dato’ Haji Muhyiddin bin Haji Mohd Yassin on 25 March 2020, in relation to the extension of the Movement Control Order (extended from 31 March 2020 to 14 April 2020) to contain the COVID-19 outbreak, the 30th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company, which was scheduled to be held on Thursday, 2 April 2020 at 11:00 a.m. has been postponed to a later date to be notified in due course.

The Board will continue to monitor the evolving situation of COVID-19 in Malaysia before fixing the new AGM date as the safety of our shareholders, advisers and staff who will attend the forthcoming 30th AGM is of paramount importance to the Company.

The Board will make further announcement on the new AGM date in due course.

The Board extends its sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by this postponement.
