On behalf of Perak Corporation Berhad ("Company"), we wish to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature and Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Additional Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposal") at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held at a date to be determined later.
