Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 17 March 2020 on the extension of time to convene annual general meeting. 
 
We wish to inform that the following amendments were made to the announcement as highlighted in bold below:
 
1) Section 340 of the Companies Act, 2016 ("the Act") to hold the annual general meeting for 2020 up till 31 December 2020; and
2) Section 258(1)(b) of the Act to circulate the Company's financial statements and reports for the financial period​ 30 June 2020 up till 10 December 2020.

 
Save for the abovementioned amendments, all other details and information in the announcement remain unchanged.
