We refer to the issuance of notices of additional assessment (“Notices”) dated 28 November 2019 for the years of assessment 2015, 2016 and 2017 by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia and our announcements dated 28 November 2019, 2 December 2019 and 12 December 2019.

On 2 April 2020, the High Court extended the interim stay of all further proceedings including the enforcement of the Notices until the hearing of the leave application on 20 May 2020.
