Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 19 December 2019, 2 January 2020, 7 January 2020, 14 January 2020, 5 February 2020 and 20 April 2020 in relation to the Bills of Demand and Application against RMCD. Puncak wishes to announce to the Exchange that due to the Extended Movement Control Order from 28 April 2020 to 12 May 2020 imposed by the Government of Malaysia in light of the COVID-19 outbreak, the case management of the Application originally fixed on 29 April 2020 has been adjourned to 4 June 2020. Puncak will make the requisite announcement on material developments in the Application in due course. This announcement is dated 28 April 2020. |
