The Company wishes to announce that the Annual Report 2019 and Corporate Governance Report 2019 of Unisem are now available on the websites of Bursa Malaysia and Unisem at www.unisemgroup.com.

In view of the subsisting Movement Control Orders and the Covid-19 pandemic, the date for the 31st annual general meeting of the Company (“31st AGM”) has not been fixed.  The Notice of Annual General Meeting, Statement Accompanying Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form will be circulated separately to the shareholders once the 31st AGM date has been determined.

Shareholders may request for copies of the printed Annual Report 2019 at https://tiih.online by selecting “Request for Annual Report” under the “Investor Services”, or by completing and submitting the “Annual Report Request Form” (available at www.unisemgroup.com/investor-relations/annual-reports/annual-report-2019) to the office of the Share Registrar of the Company, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd. The Annual Report 2019 will be sent to the shareholders by post as soon as reasonably practicable (subject to Movement Control Orders restrictions) upon the receipt of this form.
