MTD ACPI wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MTD Construction Sdn Bhd (“MTDC”) had on 13 May 2020 accepted the letter of award from Northern Corridor Implementation Authority dated 12 May 2020 (“Letter of Award”), for construction and completion of earthworks and infrastructure works for Cadangan Pembangunan Kawasan Perindustrian Lembah Chuping / Chuping Valley Industrial Area Phase 1 in Chuping, Perlis at a contract sum of RM184,165,418.10, subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the Letter of Award (“Contract”).

The Contract shall be for a duration of 24 months commencing on 1 June 2020 and due for completion on 31 May 2022.

The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of MTD ACPI Group during the duration of the Contract.

None of the Directors, major shareholders of MTD ACPI and/or persons connected to them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
